We know you're going to love your Green Bee products, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns Window
You may return any item within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or if you are unhappy with your purchase.
Conditions for Return
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Exchanges
At this stage, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
